Overall the service was very good.
I was diagnosed with a sprained ankle, which I had no pain from just swelling which I get every year when it’s warm
The problem was with my shin, which is still very painful.
Suggested improvements
Listened to where I said the injury was instead of focusing on my swollen ankle

The care I received from start to finish was excellent. All members of staff involved with my care were very professional alongside being very friendly and explaining everything to me to make me feel less anxious. This is the second procedure I have had on Rockingham and both experiences were very good
